Every fitness expert knows that sometimes even the greatest weight loss can lead to a plateau. We state the usual: eat right, exercise, and maintain an overall healthy lifestyle, but some clients get discouraged when they see “no progress.” Sometimes it’s BS (duh), sometimes it’s legit.
